Q: What is the planned scope of FIENDISH?

A: FIENDISH is a longform fantasy story, and the project has already been roughly planned out to the end. Right now, the goal is to have 9 books for the main storyline that follows Kazimir, Iskel, Ragna, and Yeomi. Each book will range from 60-70 pages, and we are working towards a yearly, or faster, release schedule.

    Between the releases for these main books, we will also have several ".5 chapters", which are standalone one-shots that range between 20 and 30 pages. These .5 chapters will contain anything from character backstories to side quests, and are written by Irene but drawn by a secondary artist.

Q: How and where are FIENDISH products manufactured and fulfilled?

A: It depends on the product.

    Our books are proudly printed in the United States, and fulfilled by Critical Blast Logistics out of Illinois.
    Our tchotchkes such as enamel pins and standees are manufactured by a factory in Taiwan that Irene has a longtime working relationship with. Our stickers are printed in the United States. These items are also fulfilled through Critical Blast Logistics.
    Our apparel, wall art, and home goods items (such as tumblers, mugs, and notebooks) are print-on-demand products that are manufactured and fulfilled through Printful, so we have less control over the manufacturing of these items.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
  • We offer refunds and returns for a 30 day window after a physical product is delivered. After the first 30 days, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange.

  • Items eligible for return must be unopened, undamaged, and in the same condition and packaging that it was received.

  • While damages in shipping are out of our control, we also want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item was damaged in shipping, we will require prompt (within 2 days of delivery) photo proof of the damage, and a refund, replacement, or exchange may be issued at our discretion.

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • As we fulfill our apparel through a third party print-on-demand service, we cannot easily perform exchange requests that arise from mistakes in sizing. Thus, please use the size charts provided to verify sizing before placing an order.

  • Digital purchases such as the monthly website passes, chapter passes, gift cards, and downloadable products cannot be refunded.
